Milestones for the Next Stage of the Project
- For end-user BSI:
to improve the quality of electric field optical imaging
in order to enhance performance of BSI coplanar strip detectors based on CdZnTe;
to continue searching for market to consider small scale production of optical testing devices.
- For end-user RD Alfa:
to enhance performance of the optical imaging device
combined with transmittance quality control system of the fast electric signals
of complicated shape to implement in finding out and localizing the invisible
defects of the analogue-IC performance and in situ checking of optimal parameters
of mechanical cutting process.
- For all partner countries groups:
further involvement of young scientists
and creating job places (supported by non-NATO funding, jointly from the
European Social Fund, LU and end-users’ budget)
